☐ Create an account in the AISD Enrollment Portal.
☐ Complete your Pre-K or Kindergarten registration.
☐ Upload the required documents:
Parent or guardian photo ID
Proof of residency
Child's birth certificate or proof of age
Current immunization records
☐ Complete the Free & Reduced-Price Meals application (even if you don't think you'll qualify—it helps support our school).
☐ (Optional) Sign up for a free Austin Public Library card during registration.

☐ Submit any remaining enrollment paperwork.
☐ Follow the Maplewood PTA on Facebook and Instagram.

Order School Supplies through Sprouts
Order School Supplies through Sprouts
Maplewood partners with Sprouts School Supply Kits, making it easy to order everything your child needs while supporting the school.
Ordering nformation will be shared via Konstella, Instagram, and the Maplewood School Community Facebook Page.
Supply kits are delivered directly to your child's classroom before the first day of school.

☐ Purchase a backpack and reusable water bottle.
☐ Label everything with your child's name.
☐ Make sure they have comfortable athletic shoes for recess and P.E.
☐ Read together every day.
☐ Begin adjusting bedtime and morning routines before school starts.
☐ Talk about what school will be like and practice your goodbye routine.

☐ Download the Konstella app.
☐ Download the SchoolCafé app.
☐ Download the Where's the Bus app (if applicable).
☐ Attend Meet the Teacher (date to be announced via Konstella, Facebook, and Instagram).
☐ Participate in Kinder Camp (when offered).
☐ Pick up your school supplies, or if you ordered through Sprouts, relax knowing your kit is already waiting in your classroom!

☐ Arrive between 7:10–7:40am
☐ If eating breakfast at school, head to the cafeteria between 7:10–7:20am (Parents are welcome, too!)
☐ Pack a favorite book to read before assembly.
☐ Take lots of pictures—you only get one first day!

☐ Join us for PTA nights in the Cafeteria each month. Enjoy free dinner, free childcare and meet other families. Casual and fun!
