The Mustang Stampede is Maplewood’s largest annual fundraiser. Our goal this year is to raise $28,000 for academic enhancement at the campus.  The money raised this year will go directly to reading intervention for kids that need more individual support in reading, creative writing enrichment, maker space, and library support. In the spirit of friendly competition, the school has been divided into 4 teams. The team that raises the most will get 30 minutes of FREE time in the gym.

Each team’s fundraising goal is $7,000. If all four teams make their goal, we will reach our total school fundraising goal is $28,000!

Help us reach these fun rewards on the way to our goal!

  • $5,000 – Crazy Hair and Pajama Day!
  • $10,000 – Teachers lead Work Out Wednesday during assembly
  • $15,000 – Dr. Foss wears a Unicorn Onesie
  • $20,000 – Coach L-A gets slimed at Fall Fest
  • $25,000 – Magic show for school
  • $28,000 – Ms. Jacobson gets wrapped up in toilet paper like a mummy by the top 10 fundraisers.

Fall Festival!

Wear your costumes and gear up to get spooky with all kinds of terrifyingly fun activities and games; the haunted portable, scaraoke, pumpkin painting, spooky salon, a haunted dance party and more. The festival is immediately after the stampede and happens on the school grounds.  Everyone who attends gets a complimentary snack and every activity is free! This welcoming event is for the whole community.  Join us and bring friends and family along!
There is still time to contribute to making sure the fest goes off without a hitch by signing up to volunteer on myschoolanywhere.

Thanks to our 2018 Sponsors!

Today's garden work day was fantastic! A HUGE thanks to the volunteers from our school and from Longhorn Pre-Pharmacy Association for coming out! Our garden beds are looking great, we planted some veggies and herbs gifted by the Sustainable Food Center, the first version of the outdoor classroom is set up, and the kids painted garden signs. ...
