We love our volunteers! Volunteers are the heart and soul of our School and are an integral part to the success of our School and students. We are excited to continue the tradition of the 2nd annual Daniel Colimon Volunteer of the Year Award honoring and recognizing the hard work of our dedicated volunteers. The Daniel Colimon Volunteer of the Year Award was created in 2017 to honor a Maplewood volunteer who has gone above and beyond to give the gift of their time and energy to our School. We could not do it without our volunteers!
We invite the Maplewood School Community (families, PTA board, staff, faculty and STUDENTS!) to be a part of this special recognition. The finalist will be recognized at the Spring Picnic Community event on Saturday, May 5 from 10:30 – 1 pm. You won’t want to miss this!
Remember that time, when said parent volunteer tutored your child in reading or raised funds to give your child a new school computer or maybe helped in many other ways that go unnoticed. Vote Now! Submit your one-time nomination via Google Forms here or by printed form here (formulário en español). Submit printed form to the PTA inbox in the teachers lounge. More details on selection criteria and guidelines can be found on the form.
DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS is April 21 at 5 pm. The finalist will be notified on April 25.
If you have any questions or concerns, contact Marissa Alviar, Volunteer Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for all you do Mustangs!
